Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and McLaren KSA Club ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the McLaren KSA Club mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes as an approved club member.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels within the App

Membership Eligibility

Membership in McLaren KSA Club is exclusively available to individuals who are legal owners of a McLaren vehicle and reside in or have a connection to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including misrepresenting vehicle ownership — will result in immediate membership revocation and potential legal action.

Membership approval is at the sole discretion of club administrators. Denial of an application does not require justification.

Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect within the community
  • Not post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
  • Not share event details or club communications with non-members
  • Not register for events you do not intend to attend
  • Comply with all applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to circumvent the App's security or access controls

Violation of these conduct standards may result in suspension or permanent revocation of membership without refund.

Events

Events listed in the App are subject to availability and change. Event registration constitutes a commitment to attend. Repeated no-shows without prior cancellation may result in restricted access to future event registrations.

McLaren KSA Club reserves the right to cancel or modify events at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes as soon as practicable.

Participation in driving events or track days involves inherent risk. By registering for such events, you acknowledge these risks and agree to comply with all safety instructions provided by event organizers.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to McLaren KSA Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"McLaren" is a registered trademark of McLaren Automotive Limited. McLaren KSA Club is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to McLaren Automotive Limited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, McLaren KSA Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App or any events organized through it.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other members, the club, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@mclarenksaclub.com. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
