McLaren KSA Club ("we", "us", or "our") operates the McLaren KSA Club mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

By registering and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information collected is used solely to operate and improve the McLaren KSA Club experience.

Membership Approval

McLaren KSA Club is a members-only platform. When you submit a registration request, your information is reviewed by club administrators for approval. This process involves verifying your McLaren ownership and identity.

During the approval process, your submitted information is accessible only to authorized club administrators. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within 30 days.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

  • With other club members — limited profile information (name, car model) visible within the community
  • With third-party service providers who assist in operating the App (hosting, analytics, push notifications), under strict confidentiality agreements
  • When required by Saudi Arabian law, regulation, or valid legal process
  • In the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to members

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your membership is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Event attendance records may be retained in anonymized form for operational history.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure storage, and restricted administrative access.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., location)
